The Birdie Song has been re-released, this time with words written by lyricist Peter Foss who lives in Cornwall. He has chosen to use the CD to raise funds for the disaster relief charity ShelterBox which is also based in the county. Mike Dees visited the organisation’s headquarters where he heard about the countries ShelterBox is currently working in, and how a news report prompted its founder to act.
