You legalize it all and make it a prescribed drug. This will eventually weed out the black market that brings the violence, extortions, and illegal activities into our neighborhoods. People are going to do what they want……the govt cant stop that. Lets provide the info and support to users that need help. Get people out of harms way and stop this war on drugs and wasting 20 bill a year!

I live in Albany. I have spinal arthritis and am in pain EVERY single day all day long. I find it hard to sleep because I can’t get comfortable. I can’t work because of the pain. Every morning when I wake up my neck is very stiff and it takes 2 hours of stretching to loosen it up before I can do anything. I have had xrays, Cat scans and MRI’s and was diagnosed with arthritis. It hurts so bad I thought it was a slipped disk but after research I see it is much worse. I hope the bill passes soon

it is still illigal under federal law and you can still be arrested for using medical marijuana. Ron Paul will legalize all drugs if elected president in 2012
